To find a suitable buyer your property requires maximum exposure across a wide range of media. 1: We need to see all the relevant documents related to your property which includes the title deeds, valuation certificate and habitation certificate.

2: At the time of selling, the home must be debt free, for the land registry office to allow the transaction, so make sure all taxes are up to date, and bank loans and/or mortgages are paid in full.

3: We will come and inspect the property to give a realistic selling price. To maximize your profit, and makes your home more marketable, complete all maintenance jobs and paint the interior if needed.

4: If both parties agree to market your home, we will take photos and add it to our website. You will need to make yourself available for viewing trips, sometimes at short notice. If you don’t live in Turkey, leave the keys with a trusted holder for us to contact them instead.

5: When we find a buyer for your property, we will arrange the entire selling process with the buyer, including deposit stage, contracts and keep you updated throughout.

Costs involved when selling your property are:

• Income tax (not applicable if you have owned the property for five years or more).

• Estate agent fees (at the current rate for completion)

• Any individual costs e.g. bills. ;
