With the citizenship request approved, an application is made to the Immigration Office on the same day, without waiting for an appointment for a Residence Permit. With the approval and Residence Permit, an application is made to the ‘General Directorate of Population and Citizenship’. After the tapu application, all processes are completed at special Citizenship Information Offices in Istanbul and Ankara. They finalize the citizenship application between 45-60 days
