You will require:
• To invest a minimum of five hundred thousand United States dollars (USD 500,000) for a minimum term of three (3) years in a fixed deposit in a local Turkish bank, Government Bonds, or Turkish real estate investment trusts (REITs).
• A property valued above two hundred and fifty thousand United States dollars (USD 250,000) and undertake in the registry that you will not sell the real estate for up to three (3) years. Source of funds for investment must be self-funded and paid in full (Under this category there is no bank finance and credit possibility).
• To start your own business that consists of employment for a minimum of fifty (50) employees, provide all employees with social security and maintain the business, employees, and social security payments for at least three (3) years.
And:
• You must be over eighteen (18) years
• Your Passport is copied and notarized. If your passport is in any language other than Turkish, this passport needs to be translated by a sworn translator at the Turkish Notary office.
• you need four (4) biometric passport photos. The photo has to contain a white background and meet biometric requirements. Bear in mind that these photos should not be older than six (6) months.
• Valid health insurance. This condition is not required for foreigners who are under 18 years old or over 65 years old.
• Criminal record document for all the countries you've lived in within the past five (5) years.
• Documents of evidence of your investment;
• Real estate title deed by Land Registry with three (3) year restriction on sale should be documented on the title deed and earthquake insurance.
• According to the Ministry of Treasury and Finance or the Capital Markets Board of Turkey, a document evidencing a minimum investment of five hundred thousand United States dollars (USD 500,000) for a minimum of three (3) years.
• According to the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, a document evidencing the bring in employment for a minimum of fifty (50) employees.
