We/I would like to participate in a 4 day/3 night BUYERS INSPECTION VISIT (except where shown) for the purpose of inspecting various properties that are being offered for sale. We/I understand that whilst visiting all our/my accommodation and breakfast, transportation and main meals (whilst in the company of a representative) will be provided free of charge. Inspection trip is fully refundable if you purchase property with us.
We/I fully understand that we/I will be expected to fulfil the viewing schedule as set down. We/I also confirm that if we/I find a suitable property we/I will be able to make a decision to purchase during the visit and will be able to pay the required reservation deposit by cash, cheque, or credit/debit card.

NOTES: All flights will normally be booked direct with scheduled airlines using your credit card (which may be required at check-in) as an increasing number of airlines do not allow third party payments. This trip may be cancelled before flight details are agreed and up to this time a FULL refund will be made. Details of all flights, numbers, departure times will be notified in writing at the time of confirmation.
A booking will not be confirmed until the full payment has been received and once the flights are agreed, cannot then be cancelled for any form of refund, nor can the tickets be transferred or amended. The Company will not be held responsible for any delays caused by the airlines concerned. Costs incurred due to missed departures are the responsibility of the client.
